Bios

Dr. Jon Ledlie trained at the University of South Carolina at Charleston. He is board certified. His areas of interest include minimally invasive and complex spinal surgery, vertebral body compression fractures and CyberKnife® stereotactic radiosurgery.
Dr. Thomas Grahm completed fellowships in vascular/skull base surgery at Barrow Neurological Institute. He is board certified. His areas of interest include aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, skull base tumors, CyberKnife® stereotactic radiosurgery, and spinal surgery.

Dr. Mark Renfro trained at the University of Florida. He is board certified. His areas of interest are cerebrovascular disease, skull base tumors, CyberKnife® stereotactic radiosurgery, deep brain stimulation, and complex spinal surgery.
Dr. Paul Detwiler trained at Barrow Neurological Institute with fellowships in spine surgery and cerebrovascular and skull base tumor surgery. He is board certified. His clinical interests include aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, CyberKnife® stereotactic radiosurgery, skull base tumors, and spinal surgery.
Dr. J. Stuart Crutchfield earned his medical degree with honors at Baylor College of Medicine. His internship and neurosurgery fellowship were also at Baylor. He is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. His memberships include American Medical Association, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, American Board of Neurological Surgery, American College of Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the Texas Medical Association and Smith County Medical Society.
Dr. Heidi L. McKellar is a radiation oncologist with the ETMC Cancer Institute. She earned her medical degree from University of Texas Health Science Center. Her residency was at University of TexasMD Anderson Center and her internship in internal medicine was at University of Texas, Houston. She is board certified by the American Board of Radiology in radiation oncology. She was a professor at Stanford University Medical Center, Department of Radiation Oncology and performed a locum tenens at Washington-Stanford Radiation Oncology as a clinical assistant.
Dr. Andrew Roberts is a board certified urologist and diplomate of the American Board of Urology. He was a recipient of the Pfizer Scholars in Urology Award and the Lloyd and Ruth Rader Trust Scholarship for outstanding
resident. He earned his medical degress at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
Dr. Steven Roberts is a diplomate of the American Board of Urology. He earned his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School of Chicago and began practicing in Tyler in 1968.
Lee Fite, RT (R)(T) has 21 years radiation therapy experience at the ETMC Cancer Institute. She holds a masters in communication. She has been supervisor of treatment services at the ETMC Cancer Institute for 10 years.
Mary L. Bonham, RT (R)(T) is a radiation therapist/CyberKnife® therapist. She received a B.S. in education from the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse, WI. She holds an associate of applie science (radiologic technology) degree from Angelina College, Lufkin. She additionally studied Radiation Therapy at U.T.MD Anderson, Houston. She has worked at Nacogdoches Medical Center and served at staff radiation therapist at Texoma Medical Center, Denison, TX, and ETMC Cancer Institute.
Misty Weathers, RN, BSN earned her BSN from University of Texas at Tyler in 1998. She worked as a registered nurse in ETMC's neuro ICU for eight years before becoming CyberKnife® coordinator.
Russell Tarver MS, DABR. After graduating with an undergraduate degree in applied physics Russell trained and received his master's degree in medical physics from the University of Texas atMD Anderson Cancer Center. He has 10 years of experience as a radiation therapy physicist and is certified by the American Board of Radiology and licensed by the state of Texas. He is also a member of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (MPM), and an officer and member of the Southwest Chapter of the MPM (SWMPM). Additionally, he is a member of American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO) as well as the CyberKnife® Society where he serves on the Patient Registry Advisory Board.
Pushkar Desai, MS, CyberKnife® physicist has been working as a clinical medical physicist at ETMC since September 2006. He worked previously as a clinical medical physicist with a medical physics consulting group providing medical physics services to several hospitals in Oklahoma. He performed a clinical internship at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, MI. He completed a masters in medical physics at Wayne State University, Detroit USA (CAMPEP accredited Medical Physics Graduate program). He has published two CyberKnife® abstracts.
Tracey Ferguson RT R(CT). Tracey studied at Baylor University and Tyler Junior College and holds an associates degree in Radiologic Science. She also holds certificates with the Texas Board of Health and the American Radiologic Technologists in Radiography and Computed Tomography. She has worked solely with oncology patients for 13 years, and has 15 years total experience as a tech.
Geoffrey P. Zubay, MD, FACS, who is from New York City, earned his medical degree from College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University. His internship in general surgery was at The Maricopa County Medical Center, Phoenix. His residency in neurosurgery was completed at Barrow Neurological Institute, Phoenix. Dr. Zubay's fellowship in complex spine surgery was also at Barrow with Dr. Volker Sonntag. 

Additionally, he completed a fellowship in scoliosis and adult deformity surgery with Dr. Stephen Ondre at Northwestern University, Chicago. His undergraduate degree in biochemestry is from the University of California, San Diego. He is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.

 
Carla Stuart, RN, BSN, OCN, graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1992. She has 15 years oncology experience, four of those in radiation oncology. She became OCN certified in 2002.
  Debbie O'Sullivan, RN, OCN, graduated from Tyler Junior College Associate Degree Nursing Program May 2003. She began working in oncology right out of nursing school on ETMC Tyler's 6-South. She served there from May 2003 to January 2005. She obtained her oncology certification in October 2004. From January 2005 to January of 2007, she worked in UT Health Center's outpatient oncology clinic where she provided chemotherapy. She has been working at the ETMC Cancer Institute as Dr. Kolker's nurse since January 2007.
